The residents management reserves the right to enter the studies, with the purpose of repair, overhaul and clean in case of deterioration in living conditions.
Residents should have their own cleaning products for bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry.
The residents management is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings.

The use of appliances or TV music players is banned in public areas and must be confined within the studies.

visits residents must be notified, and authoritative. The overnight visitor implies a price premium of the study.

is explicitly prohibited to organize events and meetings in common areas and in school. Any event should be reported and approved.
Residents who do not comply may be asked to leave the house.
