The Grammy-nominated singer religious Wintley Phipps sang "Amazing Grace" for the new president Barack Obama during the Inaugural Prayer Meeting held on January 21 in
Phipps, who is Adventist pastor, said his was just an honor and a blessing, as published in the newspaper Florida TCPalm.
Phipps, who has participated in events other presidential inaugurations and is used to singing in front of distinguished audiences, said that this occasion was no exception.
